I.D. Me Promotions

Our 3P CommitmentCode of Conduct

The standard that binds our supply chain

Code of Conduct

I.D. Me Promotions is committed to earning the trust of our customers, end users, and business partners by holding ourselves — and our supply chain — to the highest standards of safety, quality, integrity, and accountability.

We believe responsible business practices extend beyond the products we deliver. They include the way those products are made, the people involved in making them, and the impact our operations have on the environment and the communities we serve. For that reason, we are dedicated to building and maintaining a supply chain that respects worker rights, supports ethical labor practices, promotes environmental responsibility, and consistently meets applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Our own operations are guided by clear standards of ethical conduct, corporate responsibility, and compliance. We expect the same commitment from every company involved in our supply chain, including manufacturers, decorators, and subcontractors. Suppliers are expected to maintain effective procedures for ongoing compliance with safety, labor, environmental, and legal standards, and — when mutually agreed upon — to cooperate with audits conducted by our team or qualified independent third parties.

When we identify practices that fall short of these expectations, whether within our organization or among our supply-chain partners, we are committed to taking prompt and appropriate corrective action to ensure alignment with our standards and values.

At I.D. Me Promotions, ethical sourcing and responsible business conduct are not simply policies — they are fundamental to how we operate and how we serve our customers.

The Standard

  1. Forced Labor & Human Trafficking

We prohibit all forms of forced labor — including indentured, prison, bonded, and servitude labor, slavery of any kind, and any form of human trafficking. We and all facilities and subcontractors within our organization maintain employment strictly on a voluntary basis.

  2. Child Labor

We comply with the minimum working ages prescribed by local law and applicable international standards. We prohibit the employment of any child under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or below the age for completion of compulsory education — whichever is higher — at any stage of manufacturing in the supply chain.

  3. Humane Treatment of Labor

We maintain a work environment that is dignified in all respects and free from violence, inhumane treatment, and any form of actual or threatened harassment or verbal, physical, sexual, or psychological abuse.

  4. No Discrimination

We value diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and in our business operations. We prohibit discrimination on the basis of age, nationality, race, religion, social status, ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, disability, or any other class protected by local law.

  5. Employment Relationship

We adopt and adhere to conditions of employment that respect workers and their rights under national and international labor and social-security laws. We expect our business partners, at a minimum, to safeguard their workers' rights under similar laws and regulations.

  6. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

We respect the right of all workers, in conformance with local law, to form or join trade unions of their own choosing, to bargain collectively, and to engage in peaceful assembly — without unlawful interference, discrimination, retaliation, intimidation, or harassment.

  7. Workplace Environment, Health & Safety

We provide a safe, secure, and hygienic workplace in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Adequate due diligence is taken to prevent accidents and injury to health by minimizing the hazards inherent in the working environment.

  8. Hours of Work

We maintain work schedules in compliance with the maximum permitted hours set by local law. Except in emergencies, unusual business circumstances, or where otherwise restricted by law, regular working hours are limited to 48 hours or less per week, and total hours in any seven-day period should not exceed 60. Workers are provided at least one day off in every seven-day period. All overtime is consensual and compensated according to applicable law.

  9. Wages and Benefits

We comply with all applicable wage-and-hour laws, including those governing minimum wages, overtime, and legally mandated benefits. Where feasible, we promote a wage-and-benefits regime that meets or exceeds industry benchmarks — so that workers can meet their basic needs and have discretionary income to improve their lives.

  10. Business Ethics

We conduct all aspects of our business to high standards of ethical conduct. We comply with all applicable antitrust laws, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and similar international, federal, state, and local laws. We prohibit providing any improper benefit to any government official, agent, or private-company employee in order to influence their actions, and we encourage the prompt disclosure and proper management of any conflicts of interest.

  11. Environmental

We are committed to environmental leadership in our industry, and we treat environmental responsibility as a core value for our business and our partners. We work proactively to identify and address the environmental impacts of our operations. At a minimum, our practices comply with applicable environmental laws and with our own policies on environmental sustainability.

This Code of Conduct is built on the SA8000 international standard for social accountability. The labor principles it reflects are published by the International Labour Organization (ILO).
