The Adult Wellness 5-Piece Kit is packed in a clear resealable zipper pouch with a business card pocket on back. Each kit contains: 1 Signature Soft Adult toothbrush (SM-1620), 15M dental floss, a matching toothbrush travel cap, and 1 tube of Crest® travel toothpaste. Optional 1-color imprint decoration also available on the pouch. The toothbrush is made in the USA and meets FDA requirements.
